Analysing the Usage of Rich Filters for Jira App

Accessing Rich Filters
Navigate to Rich Filters:
Go to your Jira dashboard.
Click on the Apps menu located in the Jira navigation bar.
Select Rich Filters from the dropdown menu to access the rich filters list page.
Understanding Rich Filters Usage
View Usage Information:
On the rich filters list page, locate the column titled Last Used.

Identify Filter Details:
Check the administrators of each rich filter as well as the JQL filter and sharing settings of the base Jira filter.

Managing Trashed Rich Filters
Access Trashed Filters:
Click on the … menu at the top right of the rich filters list page.
Select the option to view trashed rich filters.
In this section, you will find a column called Moved to Trash, which shows when each rich filter was discarded and by whom. See the below image for an example.
