Analysing the Usage of Rich Filters for Jira App

Accessing Rich Filters

  1. Navigate to Rich Filters:

    • Go to your Jira dashboard.

    • Click on the Apps menu located in the Jira navigation bar.

    • Select Rich Filters from the dropdown menu to access the rich filters list page.

Understanding Rich Filters Usage

  1. View Usage Information:

    • On the rich filters list page, locate the column titled Last Used.

    • Check the administrators of each rich filter as well as the JQL filter and sharing settings of the base Jira filter.
