Step 1

As a Confluence Administrator or MultiExcerpt user:

1. Create a project plan or you can use the existing project plan page.
   In this example, we are using the existing project plan page.

2. Type ‘/' and search for Multiexcerpt Fast Excerpt (Block) macro or use the '+’ option in the editor main toolbar and search for Multiexcerpt Fast Excerpt (Block) macro.

3. Select the Multiexcerpt Fast Excerpt (Block) macro.

4. Specify a name for the Multiexcerpt macro.

5. Add the content that you want to use on the project charter page into the macro body.

6. Click Publish.

Step 2

Include the Multiexcerpt Fast Include (Block) macro on the project page or create a page if one does not already exist. In this example, the project charter page exists.

1. Navigate to the project charter page.

2. Type ‘/' and search for Multiexcerpt Fast Include (Block) macro or use the '+’ option in the editor main toolbar and search for Multiexcerpt Fast Include (Block) macro.

3. Select the Multiexcerpt Fast Include (Block) macro.

4. Select the project plan Page where the Multiexcerpt Fast Excerpt (Block) was created.

5. Select the Multiexcerpt that was created on the project plan page.

6. Click Insert.

Step 3

To create a different project charter from another project plan, follow steps one and two.

To reproduce the MultiExcerpt created on the project plan on a different project charter page, follow step two.
