Consolidate the RACI matrix for all projects onto a single page

Scenario

Create a single RACI matrix page from different project sources:

Create a RACI matrix using Multiexcerpt on one page of the project and the native excerpt on another. You can include both macros on a single page by using the Multiexcerpt Include macro.

Steps

The following steps demonstrate how to include both the native excerpt and MultiExcerpt on a single page using MultiExcerpt Include macro features:

 

Step 1

As a MultiExcerpt user:

  1. Navigate to the RACI matrix page and click the edit icon.

  2. Type ‘/' and search for Multiexcerpt macro or use the '+’ option in the editor main toolbar and search for Multiexcerpt macro.

  3. Select the Multiexcerpt macro.

  4. Specify a name for the Multiexcerpt macro.

  5. Copy and paste the required content into the Multiexcerpt macro body.

  6. Click Publish.

 

Step 2

Within other project pages:

  1. Navigate to the RACI matrix page and click the edit icon.

  2. Type ‘/' and search for Excerpt macro or use the '+’ option in the editor main toolbar and search for Excerpt macro.

  3. Select the Excerpt macro.

  4. Specify a name for the Multiexcerpt macro.

  5. Copy and paste the required project content into the Multiexcerpt macro body.

  6. Click Publish.

Step 3

Include the Multiexcerpt macros in the consolidated RACI page if one does not already exist. In this example, the page exists.

  1. Navigate to the project page.

  2. Type ‘/' and search for Multiexcerpt Include macro or use the '+’ option in the editor main toolbar and search for Multiexcerpt Include macro.

  3. Select the Multiexcerpt Include macro.

  4. Select the project Page whose content needs to appear at the top of the page.

  5. Select the Multiexcerpt that was created on the project page.

  6. Click Insert.

 

Step 4

Include the Excerpt macros in the consolidated RACI page.

  1. Go to the content where the excerpt has to be included.

  2. Type ‘/' and search for Multiexcerpt Include macro or use the '+’ option in the editor main toolbar and search for Multiexcerpt Include macro.

  3. Select the Multiexcerpt Include macro.

  4. Select the RACI Page whose content needs to appear.

  5. Select the Excerpt that was created on the RACI page.

  6. Click Insert.

  7. Once all of the Excerpts have been added, Publish the page to ensure that MultiExcerpt and Excerpt content is displayed.
