PCJ-User "XXX" was not found
Problem
If when running a configuration import you receive an error similar to below.
User "XXX" was not found. This might have been caused by a related error, please check the import tree for missing dependencies or permissions
Solution

We can confirm that this indicates that the user with the name shown in the error is referenced by the configuration object which is giving this error inside of the configuration import tree.
The error is caused by the fact that the user mentioned in the error does not exist in the target instance and is not included in the export file that you are importing in from.
In order to work around this error, you will need to create a user in the target instance with the username mentioned inside the error before re-running the import.
