Agile Poker | Story Points not visible in the Sprint Report

Customers usually use story points to estimate in Agile Poker and they expect this estimation to be visible in other Jira native features like reports.

 Problem

Story points aren’t visible in the Jira Sprint Report.

 Solution

If the users estimate issues with Story Points (or another field) in Agile Poker and these estimations aren’t visible later in the Jira ticket or Jira reports, please:

  1. Confirm that the estimation field configured in the Jira board is the same field expected in the Jira Report or Jira ticket.

  1. Ensure the correct field that users utilize to estimate the issues is on the create/ edit and view screens.

  1. If the field is on the screens but still isn’t visible in the project, check the field configuration scheme.

 

  1. If the field configuration scheme displays the field, then please review the field context with your Jira Administrator and check if the field context includes the desired scenario.
