Migrate Agile Poker from Server to Cloud with JCMA

Customers want to migrate Agile Poker using JCMA. This is now possible.

 Problem

During the migration we might find an issue with the Agile Poker app not finishing the migration due to a migration file limit.

e.g.,

"App migration settled by Cloud app with status FAILED, percent 0 and message : Agile Poker app migration failed because the underlying migration file exceeded the allowed limit of 10 MB.

 Solution

  1. First, get Jira Support zip to confirm it is the same file limit issue.

  2. Provide these logs to the support engineers for further analyze and to increase this limit.
