Creating subtasks directly from the Agile Poker session can be challenging if the subtask field configuration scheme has other required/visible fields than Issuetype, Summary, and Description.

 Problem

When creating subtasks with multiple required fields (e.g., custom fields) during the Agile, the create action can’t be completed.

 Information

Currently, creating fields during the Agile Poker session is possible only if the subtask has only the Issuetype, Summary, and Description as required fields. Any other required field or custom field will block the creation of the subtask.

 

You can create the subtask directly from the Jira ticket instead or modify the field configuration scheme and set the additional required fields as optional.

Please be aware that other plugin configurations, such as validators in the create transition, can prevent the subtask creation during the Agile Poker session.
