    • Select Site not working? from the dropdown menu.

    • Click Allow cookies to enable cookies for the OKR for Jira domain.

The browser should automatically refresh, and the OKR for Jira app will load successfully.

  1. Open Safari Settings

    • In Safari, go to Safari > Settings from the top menu bar.

  2. Update Privacy Settings

    • Select the Privacy tab.

    • Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking to allow the necessary third-party cookies.
