Overview

After initial installation of Page Approval for Confluence Cloud, complete a simple onboarding to have access to the application's setting in all the spaces. 

Steps

In the sidebar to the left of your space, under the APPS section

  • choose Page Approval

  • choose Start to go through the short introduction of the Page Approval app

     

  • choose Next until you reach the final step, then select Finish to complete the onboarding

You now have access to the Page Approval settings

You will be able to view the Page Approval cards in the Settings page.

  • choose Settings - the Page Approval app is enabled by default for the space

The app is enabled by default for other spaces in your site and will be enabled by default when creating a new space.

Only a space administrator can enable and disable the Page Approval app.

Go to any page within your space and the Request Approval breadcrumb byline is displayed in the page subtitle.
