Release report view
Swanly reports deliver high-level information about the status categories of your release scope, which you can then share with your team. You can synchronize release versions across Jira projects and track release scope in a single report that shows the releases from multiple projects.
How to access release report
Navigate to Swanly via Apps > Swanly Roadmaps.
Open the release report panel by clicking the activity name in the roadmap or list view.
Click Expand in the report navigation bar to open a detailed view.
What information is available in the release report
Issue progress - quickly look up the high-level progress of your release by Status category, Status, and Per project.
Timetracking - see how much time your team is spending on a release.
Story points progress - track your scope as a percentage of the story points in a certain status category.
Burndown chart - look up visually how your team is progressing against the work for a release.
Issues in version - get access to the actual status for each of the tickets, how many of them are done, and how many are still in progress.
Affects version - track Bugs or Defects that affect your release.
Activity - use it if you want to access the history of changes to the release.
To correctly display the Timetracking report your team will need to log time in each ticket linked to the release.
