Disable or enable Swanly in the project

The Swanly roadmaps tab is enabled by default in each project. However, the app can be disabled at the project level.

Disable the Swanly roadmaps tab from the project menu 

  1. Navigate to the roadmap:

    1. In Company-managed (former Classic) projects: Project settings > Swanly roadmaps.

    2. In Team-managed (former Next-Gen) projects: Project settings > Apps > Swanly roadmaps.

  2. Uncheck Enable/Disable Swanly app in this project.

  3. The Swanly roadmaps tab is now hidden from the Project menu.

When disabled on a project level, you still can use Swanly on the portfolio level via Apps > Swanly roadmaps.
