admGetProjectWorkflowScheme(pkey)
Description
Returns the project workflow scheme.Parameters

string
The requested scheme name.
Remarks
Because Jira "Default Workflow Scheme" has no name in the database, if the routine returns the empty string that means the default scheme is currently attached to the specified project.
