Jira Product Discovery uses fields in a unique way in order to create valuable tables and views derived from the ideas within the project. Because of this the custom fields are unique when compared to regular Jira fields and this can cause some compatibility issues.

Supported fields

Standard fields

Standard Jira fields like Summary, Description, Assignee, etc. are of course supported when present in Product Discovery. For a full list of standard supported fields see this page.

Custom fields

These fields are specific to Jira Product Discovery and work the same way as any other custom field with SIL code:

Currently unsupported fields

Some fields in Product Discover are similar to 5-star ranking fields and do not have an easily decipherable value. At the moment these fields are unsupported but we will continuously revisit these fields and add support when we are able to.
