Installing TGC
SIL® Table Grid Next Generation Connector is a free app that comes together with any of our paid Power Suite apps like Power Scripts™ for Jira, Power Actions® for Jira, Power Database Fields PRO®, Power Custom Fields®, and so on. Once you have any of these plugins installed, SIL® Table Grid Next Generation Connector is a great addition to the family to help you with convenient and pain free work with the Table Grid Next Generation plugin.
Before you install SIL Table Grid Next Generation Connector, ensure that you have either of the power apps installed.
Installing directly from the Atlassian Marketplace
If you are connected to the Atlassian Marketplace website from your Jira administration console, you can install our apps directly from the Marketplace. For more information, see Installing add-ons and Universal Plugin Manager pages.
Log into your Jira as Admin.
In the cog wheel menu, go to Add-ons.
In the search field of the Find new add-ons section, search for SIL® Table Grid Next Generation Connector.

This installation method is the quickest way. You can also install by file upload, as described in the next section.
Installing by file upload
Download the SIL® Table Grid Next Generation Connector file from the Atlassian Marketplace.
Log into your Jira as Admin.
Go to Administration > Add-ons > Manage add-ons.
Click Upload add-on, select the file you downloaded, and click Upload.
What should I do if I installed an incompatible version?
Uninstall SIL® Table Grid Next Generation Connector
.
Install the version of SIL® Table Grid Next Generation Connector that is compatible with your Jira version. Ensure that you use the jar file you downloaded or use directly the UPM search and install feature (recommended).
