Project creator listed in Project Creation Report 

In the Project Creation Report, you can now see who created the project at a glance under the new Creator column.

No more errors while requesting a new project

Users that have permissions to request a new project no longer see the error mentioned in https://appfire.atlassian.net/browse/PCFJ-457 while submitting the requests. This means that all the users who can see the Request New Project option in the Projects menu can now request a new project without encountering any errors or blocks.
