Release Notes Version 3.7
What's new in this release
View open project creation requests countÂ
Delegated Project Creator for Jira now displays the total open project creation requests next to the Project Creation Request tab in the left sidebar. This makes it easy for a project request approver to see the number of requests in the Open status at a glance and manage them by priority.
This count is displayed only when the number of project creation requests in the Open status is one or more.
Select which details to display in Project Creation Report
You can now hand-pick the delegated project creation details you want to see in the Project Creation Reports page. A new option Select Columns that lists the columns for you to select from and view the respective details in the page, is added alongside Export to CSV.
Notice that the selectable options in this list are the questions you fill in when requesting for a new project. This data is displayed in the page only for the projects created using the Projects > Request New Project option.
Verify issue permissions before creating a project from template
A helpful warning message is added to notify you - the delegated project users that when you create a project from a template, some missing permission schemes within the project would prevent you from using the project once created. You can still go ahead and create a project, but you may not be able to manage the project issues with missing permissions. To avoid this, ensure that you assign appropriate issue scheme permissions while creating a project template.
