JEP - Notify Overdue Transition Post Function

Use this post function to notify users when the transition is overdue according to a given interval. Email templates can be created or modified according to each transition. Emails will be sent to members with a specified role.

To add the Notify Overdue Transition Post Function

Go to the transition of your workflow, switch to the Post Functions tab and then click on the Add post function link.

Select JEP - Notify Overdue Transition Post Function and then click the Add button.

Fill in the form:

  • Type expected duration as minutes.
  • Select the project role that users need to have in order to be notified.
  • Create the email subject and body.

Click the Add button and that's it.


Do not forget to publish the workflow!
