This post function notifies a specified group when a field has been set in a transition.

To add the Notify When Field Set in Transition Post Function

Go to the transition of your workflow, switch to the Post Functions tab and click on the Add post function link.

Select JEP - Notify When Field Set in Transition Post Function and click the Add button.

Select the field, project role, and fill in the subject/body of the email template.

Click the Add button and that's it.


Do not forget to publish the workflow!
