Once you configure the app for your projects, the following reports are available in your project:
- Assignee History Statistics
- Issue History Statistics
Note that the reports are available for Jira Service Desk (server) in versions 2.0.2 and above.
Assignee History Statistics displays time spent by all users by project issues in specified range. Specify the report options. Click Next.
Following picture represents the report. To export the report to Excel, click Excel View. The output file will have the report data.
Issue History Statistics displays statistics by issues statuses. Specify the report options. Click Next.
