IC - Using statistics tabs

When the app is installed, you can configure it to display ticket age in the tabs of the Activity panel: 

• User/Status Statistics Issue tab

• Status/User Statistics Issue tab

User/Status Statistics 

User/Status Statistics Issue tab displays how long each user worked in each statuses.

Status/User Statistics 

Status/User Statistics Issue tab displays how much time was spent by user consolidated by statuses.
