Task structure (Box types)
The task structure (task hierarchy) can be generated automatically for each box according to your specifications. A full description of how structure builders work can be found here.
You can set a default task structure for each box type so that you do NOT have to set it up every time you create a new box.
The Program and Classic boxes are set to a custom template: "Project > Epic > Sub-task" by default. Other boxes have a custom template set to "Epic > Sub-task" by default.
Keep in mind:
A box type contains the default settings applicable to multiple boxes (all boxes of a given type). The settings are adjusted in Administration > Box types.
Box configuration refers to the settings of an individual box and is dependent on the box type settings.
Security and access
App admins can access and modify the task structure settings on the Box types page:
Open BigPicture.
Click the wrench button on the right side.
Select Box types.
Click on the box type name link.
Expand the Tasks section.
Go to Task structure.
