Troubleshooting
The certain issues can be resolved by discussion of the symptoms and/or having recreation steps that can be reproduced. In some cases, this can not be sufficient and can require some additional data collection. This can be done relatively easily with support available in Jira for adding temporary logging levels without requiring a server restart.
For this app, you can use org.swift to debug. For more details, refer the page How to retrieve debug logs for Clone Plus for Jira, Create on Transition, and Update on Transition apps in Jira.
Logging occurs immediately, but only lasts until the Jira is restarted.
Ensure to go back and remove the entry that was added after you have completed triaging your issue.
