Before You Begin

How to Install Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira

Installing Canned Responses is like installing any other Jira app (see Installing Marketplace apps in the Jira documentation).

  1. Log in to your Jira instance as a Jira Administrator.

  2. Select the Jira Settings cog in the top right of your Jira instance and click Manage apps. The Find new apps page displays.

  3. Type Canned Responses Pro Templates for Jira in the search field and press Enter.

  4. Follow the prompts to Install, Buy now, or start a Free trial.

Canned Responses needs cookies! Make sure to allow all cookies in your browser settings. This is needed for the Canned Responses section to be displayed in your Jira.
