Search Salesforce Objects from Jira

Connector for Salesforce & Jira allows you to search Salesforce Objects from within Jira.

The search results can be used with the connector's create issue and associate issue features.

  1. From your Jira instance, click Apps > Connector for Salesforce. When the Connector for Salesforce menu opens on the left side of the page, click Search Salesforce.

  2. The Search Salesforce window appears. In this example search, the Salesforce Object is Case, the Fields to Search is Name Fields, and the Search Query is sync.

  3. Click Search to continue. A successful search displays the results lower on the page. 

  4. Click Create issue or Associate issue for the result under the Operations column on the right. For more details about these features, refer to the related pages below.
