Search Salesforce Objects from Jira

Connector for Salesforce & Jira allows you to search Salesforce Objects from within Jira.

The search results can be used with the connector's create issue and associate issue features.

  1. Click on Salesforce > Search Salesforce.

  2. The Search Salesforce window appears. In this example search, the Salesforce Object is "Case", while the Fields to Search are "Name fields", and the Search Query is "sync".

  3. Click Search to continue. If the search is successful, the results will be shown lower down on the page. 

  4. You can then click on Create issue or Associate issue for the result under the Operations column on the right. For more details about these features, refer to the related pages below.
