Description

Ability to apply a workflow to all the pages and blog posts in a space using the space document management dashboard (only one workflow can be applied across the space)

The space document management dashboard displays all the available workflows for application in a space in the document management dashboard in the space.

  • three workflow templates included with the app on installation are always displayed

  • custom workflows can be added and are displayed in the dashboard

  • only one workflow can be active as a space workflow at any one time

  • making a workflow active, disables any existing active space workflow
