Enhancements
We’ve made improvements allowing Cloud Migration Tool to update destination workflows. Also, the app can migrate issue layouts and Jira Service Management calendars to a Jira Cloud site.
Update of workflows
Now, Cloud Migration Tool can update destination workflows during migration. This allows adding, deleting, or updating statuses, transitions, and rules of existing destination workflows. Also, an error appears if the migration attempts to update a read-only workflow or delete the status of an active workflow. These errors stop the migration in the analysis phase. This way, you can resolve the problems before migrating the configuration.
Support for issue layouts
Cloud Migration Tool can now migrate issue layouts from a source Jira Server/Data Center instance to a Jira Cloud site.
Support for calendars
Cloud Migration Tool can now migrate Jira Service Management calendars when migrating service projects. Learn more about migrating service projects.
Support for Jira 9.15
Cloud Migration Tool is now compatible with Jira 9.15 and Jira Service Management 5.15.
Bug fixes
The following bugs are fixed in this release:
Migration issues with older Jira versions.
Deploying sub-tasks failed.
