Enhancements

The Cloud Migration Tool now supports the migration of Jira Service Management service level agreements (SLAs).

Support for Jira Service Management SLAs

Now, when you migrate Jira Service Management projects, Cloud Migration Tool also migrates their SLAs. You won’t be seeing any more migration warnings related to SLA custom fields.

Bug fixes

The following bugs were fixed in this release:

Updating filters

Fixed a problem that was causing the Cloud Migration Tool app to fail to update some filters due to a lack of permissions.

Conditions in workflows

Fixed a problem where migrations were failing due to invalid parameters in workflow conditions.

Issue data deployment

Fixed a problem with the issue data import during a deployment.

Matching users

We fixed a problem during deployment that caused the Cloud Migration Tool app to show a warning message instead of matching or creating a user profile on the target instance. We also updated the warning message so that the user better understands the cause of a failed migration in this case.
