Maintaining auditable history

When migrating, only the last workflow state data is copied with a page. However, the history of document workflow events and activities cannot be migrated.

For an organization in a compliance or regulatory industry that includes a periodic audit, you can use the server Attach Activity utility option in each space before migration to create and add the page workflow events and activity history as a CSV file attachment to each page.

Although the cloud workflow or app reports do not access this record, it remains an attachment to the migrated page.
