Read confirmation dialog box

Overview

The read confirmation dialog box lets you keep track of the progress of the read confirmations.

Open

The contents of the read confirmation dialog box changes to reflect the current state of the read confirmation: 

• Status of the read confirmation as one of:

  • PENDING

  • OVERDUE

  • COMPLETED

• Status of each individual user read confirmation, including the version and time for a completed read confirmation

• Current due date for completion of requested read confirmations

The OVERDUE status is only displayed if a due date has been added for the read confirmation. The period of time elapsed will also be displayed.

The read confirmation dialog box is used with standalone read confirmations and the approval workflow read confirmation.

The ellipsis menu in the read confirmation dialog box allows page editors and administrators:

• Edit readers for the read confirmation.

• Resend read confirmations and reset the read confirmation for all previously confirmed readers.

The due date clock icon allows the addition or, editing of the required due date for the completion of a read confirmation.
