Read confirmation page activity and space document reports
Page Activity Report
Read confirmations are recorded in the page activity report when all requested read confirmations have been confirmed by all assignees.
The page activity report does not display the version for the overall read confirmation.
The read confirmation popup on the page displays the individual user read confirmation.

The page activity report will display the read confirmation confirmed by all assignees for occurrences of both standalone read confirmations and workflow read confirmations.
Document Report
The workflow Document Report includes the read confirmation status of all pages with a workflow in the given space.
The status of a workflow read confirmation will be listed as PENDING until all assigned users have confirmed they have read the page, at which point the status will change to CONFIRMED.
Content with a workflow read confirmation with an added due date that has expired will be displayed with an OVERDUE status.
This is an approval report, standalone read confirmations are not displayed.
The data displayed by the document approval report can be configured by space admins. Further details on configuration can be found here.
