Searching and Reporting

Comala Document Approval for Server has several in-app tools for searching and reporting on workflow information.

Reporting macros can also be added to content to create dashboards that dynamically update on changes in the workflow.

Reporting tools — Users can view the space Document Report macro, the page Document Activity Report, and CQL to search and report on workflow approval activity and information. each user can also view pending actions in their user profile Document Actions, and My Read Assignments reports.
Report macros — You can add one or more Comala report macros to your content to create workflow information dashboards for your users

Pages and blog posts automatically update their data for Document Approval reports and report macros.

If the workflow data has not been updated because of unexpected errors or permissions, a space administrator can use the space Refresh Data screen to manually populate workflow data for Document Approval reports and reporting macros.
