Comala Boards Lists
The following lists come ready to use with Comala Boards
Boards Lists are a feature of Comala Boards for Confluence. If required, a greater number of lists and additional configurable list features are available in the Comala Lists for Confluence app.
Choosing a list to add to a page
Choose the Comala Boards Lists macro and add it to a page.
select an existing list from the dropdown menu
If you want to customize the chosen sample list check the Edit List option in the Edit List dialogue box.
Content Quality Checklist
The Content Quality Checklist lets you see an overview of how Space page content is:
Written
Targeted to the intended audience
Valuable to reader
SEO ready
Filters can be used to decide the content for the list.
For each list, the content can be filtered by:
label(s)
space
parent page
page tree depth from parent
On the page, Target Audience can be set from a dropdown menu of predefined values.
Requirements List
The Requirements List lets you build a set of product requirements for a project.
add a title and a short description (Confluence excerpt) for each new requirement
apply the appropriate attributes to each requirement
dropdown menu for Priority, Impact, and Target Release can be set from predefined values
Popular Labels
Quickly add or remove a page label with the Popular Labels list, which displays the most used labels in a space and the space pages.
This list is available in space tools
navigate to Content Tools
choose Manage Labels tab
