Enhanced the application link setup process
The application link configuration process is enhanced to support Jira Software 9.13.x and above. To configure the application link between the Tableau Connector Pro for Jira app and Jira Software, refer to the Application link (Jira Hosted only).
From Jira Software 9.13.x onwards, configuring an application link with localhost fails with the error in UI: Unable to create link. URL must not point to localhost or restricted IPs.
