Release Notes Version 2.3

The Wittified team is exciting to release Project Creator for JIRA 2.3 on the Atlassian Marketplace. To upgrade, simply upgrade the the add-on from the add-on manager.

Key Features

Project Requestor

With version 2.3 you can now push the project request loop even further with the capability of engaging more of your user base. You can now allow a subset (or all) of your users to request project creation. These users will provide the requested project key, name and any other data that the project creators require in order to create the project. The users with Project Creation rights will be notified and can communicate with the requestor about the request and approve (or reject) the request at which point they will go through the project creation steps. This is not turned on by default.

More fields

With 2.3 we're introducing the setting of the project avatar and project description at the time of project creation.
