User Profile Reports
A user can view their pending Document Actions and Read Assignments in their User Profile.
To view these user reports choose the appropriate tab in their User Profile or open each report directly using the user dropdown menu options.
Read Assignments report displays pending read assignments.
My Comala Document Actions report displays pending assigned reviews.
The My Comala Document Actions report for the current user is also displayed in the Confluence dashboard. This display of this report in the dashboard can be disabled in the global configuration for the app.
Document Approval Report
A report for the approval activities in the entire space can be accessed from the left sidebar:
This is the Document Approval Report report:
The report can be filtered on the current workflow state for each page.
The report columns can be configured by the space administrator to display a range of page and approval data.
Changes in the report configuration by the space administrator will change the report view for the space for all users.

To view the record of who has approved or rejected the current page, choose the Page Activity menu by:

In the Approved state, the Page Activity report link is also an item within the popup content.

All approvals and rejections together with user content review assignments and state changes will be recorded in the Page Activity history:
Completed read confirmations are displayed in the page activity report. These are for the read confirmation for the content when all assignees have confirmed. The individual user read confirmation can be viewed using the read confirmation popup on the content.
Document Activity DATA CENTER V7.0+
To view the record of who has approved or rejected the current page select Document Activity from the Page Tools menu or the workflow popup. All approvals and rejections together with comments and expirations are recorded in the page workflow document activity report. The document activity report is only accessible in data center instances with at least Comala Document Approval 2.0+ for Data Center only installed. Existing spaces with workflow events and actions in the instance (prior to installation of v2.0+) will need to upgraded to use document activity. These existing spaces will access the page activity report until the space data is upgraded using the Document Activity Upgrade console.
