\uD83E\uDD14 Problem

This article explains how to troubleshoot the error “Something’s gone wrong” when accessing Configuration Manager for Jira Cloud(CMJC) app.

\uD83C\uDF31 Solution

Initial Troubleshooting steps:

  • Try re-installing the CMJ Cloud app.

  • Please check if the license is activated from the billing section or check if there are any billing-related issues.

  • Please try accessing in different browsers or incognito windows.

If none of the above steps didn’t help and still the issue persists, please generate a HAR file and check the network for any issues in the firewall that could prevent this app from accessing.

  1. Analyze the HAR file and check if there is a '0' status code for the CMJ entries which means there us no response when the starting page of the CMJ app is requested

  2. Make sure the browser/computer has access to cmj.botronsoftcloud.com. The access can be verified with this page: https://cmj.botronsoftcloud.com/atlassian-connect.json. If one can open this link and see the JSON then CMJC’s UI should work.

The JSON’s contents are irrelevant, it’s just a static resource hosted on this domain.

  1. If one cannot access the link then the network firewall is blocking the CMJ app, one should check with the network administrator and should whitelist the “botronsoftcloud.com” domain in the network firewall.

  2. Once the domain is whitelisted, please re-install the CMJC app and the app should work now.
