☔ Solution: Using Time to SLA’s email notifications!
With Time to SLA, you can set notifications that are tailored to your specific needs. We also have automated email notifications for newly created SLA configurations. When an SLA is created and starts counting down on an issue, you’ll receive notifications when:
SLA reaches 50% of its duration
SLA reaches 75% of its duration
You can change the frequency of these notifications or edit them, as well as create completely new ones.
