Click Time to SLA > SLA Fields.
Click the cog icon in the row of the TTS - Duration Field where you would like to set a default value, and go to Configure.
The Jira Custom Fields page will appear. Click Edit Default Value.
The Jira Set Custom Field Defaults screen will appear.
Enter a default value for the TTS - Duration Field.
Click Set Default.
