Within the TTS - Duration field, you can specify a default value. On this page, you will learn how to set a default value within the Dynamic Duration custom field.
Log into your Jira Cloud instanceClick Time to SLA > SLA Fields.
Click on the cog icon to see the Settings menu.
Go to Issues under Jira Settings.
Image RemovedGo to the Custom Fields menu under the Issues section in Jira Settings.Click ... in the row of the TTS - Duration Field and select Contexts and Default Value.The Configure Custom Fields where you would like to set a default value, and go to Configure.
Image AddedThe Jira Custom Fields page will appear. Click Click Edit Default Value.
Image AddedThe Jira Set Custom Field Defaults Defaults screen will appear.
Enter a default value for the TTS - Duration Field.
Click Set Default, and that’s it!
