Tip

To display this workflow panel, click anywhere in the navigator panel except on the state lozenges or buttons.

Selecting a state in the workflow view (or a state lozenge in the navigator panel) displays the state view.

The added state parameters for the current state are also displayed - for example, the final parameter is shown for the Approved state in the Basic Approval Workflow as the final state in the workflow.displayed in the state view

Saving changes to the workflow

To save any edits After editing the workflow and applying changes to the current workflow you must:

  • Save in the navigator panel to save any changes made to the workflow in workflow builder

  • choose Exit to return to the space settings dashboard and update the space workflow with the changes made in workflow builderdocument management dashboard

Each use of Save updates the workflow in the workflow builder and in the space document management dashboard.

Choosing Exit checks for unsaved changes and displays the following if there has been an edit since the last Save.
