Create a knowledge base space

In Confluence

  • create a new Space for your new knowledge base

  • create the sub-pages of each category with the following hierarchy

    • Knowledge Base Home

      • FAQ

      • How to

      • Issues and Solutions

      • Systems

Using Scaffolding Forms & Templates, build some templates for each category article.

  • go to Space tools (on the bottom left corner of the Confluence sidebar)

  • select Content Tools

In the User Created Templates section

  • choose Create New Template
