Process Steps - sub-projects and dashboards

In Confluence, create a new Space for your new knowledge base.

Then, create the sub-projects and dashboards with the following hierarchy

  • Cafe Rockettoria Projects

    • Branding

    • Hiring

    • Purchasing equipment

    • Site investigation

    • Supply Chain

  • Document Library

  • Project Status & Budget

  • Team Members

  • Team Resourcing

To easily access the sub-projects, label each sub-project with the tag subproject.

Build a live template for the subprojects

Using the Scaffolding Forms and Templates app build a live template for the sub-projects.

  • go to Space tools on the bottom left corner of the Confluence sidebar

  • select Content Tools

In the User Created Templates section

  • choose Create New Template
