The moving of an Issue Type between project templates doesn't show it was moved.

The addition of the Issue Type is recorded in the Project Template that the  Issue Type is being added to. We are looking into options for how to improve the display that the Issue Type was moved between the project templates. For more information - please see  DADMIN-347 - Getting issue details... Removing the administration permission through the permission editor occasionally fails.

Due to how Jira's permissions works, Delegated Project Admin Pro is guarding against allowing a project administrator from removing their project administration rights. A user can click to remove the permission but when the screen is reloaded the permission is still there. In a future release, we will be adding in a explanation message when this happens.
