Editing of Issue Types, Permissions and Notifications in Guided Path mode

As documented at 2.0 - Delegation for all!, the editing of Issue Types, Permissions and Notifications is being moved into the Self Service path. This means that in the 2.3 release of Delegated Project Admin Pro for Jira - editing of Issue Types, Permissions and Notifications in Guided Path mode will be removed. It is currently only available for customers that had the 1.x series of the app installed.
