Release list view

If you’re looking for a macro view of your work across all Jira projects without having to navigate the timeline, the list view in Swanly is the way to go. Data in this list is more compact, offering more information at a glance.

Where to find release list view

Once you imported your projects and created releases, you can continue working with them in the list view. Swanly gives you full access to high-level data like release name, projects, template, status, description, and start and end dates, all in one table. Plus, you get to track the progress of issues across multiple releases.

More on how to create and schedule releases.

  1. To find the list view table go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps > Release view > List.

  2. Click the release Name or any other column to open the release details panel.

  3. Click the Project icon to open a report of this release in Jira project.

How to filter releases in the list view

The filters are helpful when creating the progress insight reports you need. You can find them on top of the table.

  1. Go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps > Release view > List.

  2. On the top of the table, you will find the filters.

    • Search - filter and show on the table only releases that match the search query.

    • Project - filter out releases only from the project you need, or cross-project releases.

    • Template - filter out releases with a certain template assigned.

    • Status - sort out releases with unnecessary status, for example, avoid items with Released status to display. There are five statuses available: Pending, In Progress, Released, Failed, and Archived.

Use the sorting icon next to each column title to sort in ascending or descending order.
