SIL Insight Connector

SIL Insight Connector enables you to extend Jira by handling Insight objects so that you can integrate with the data inside Insight with SIL!

Use cases

• Automatically set an Insight Object custom field when an issue is created. Can be dynamic based on request type or organization.

• Automatically set an Insight Object custom field based on custom field values or other data and calculations.

• Create a validator to check if the Insight Object custom field has a value, if not the user cannot transition the issue.

• Show or hide fields on the Insight Object custom field based on who the user is or what group they belong to.

• Use SIL to create automatic data imports from CSV or REST api.
