If you want to access the history of changes to the release or issue, use the Activity tab in the issue and release reports.

How to see the changes made to an issue?

  1. Open Swanly Roadmaps > choose roadmap with Issue label.

  2. Open the issue report by clicking the issue name in the roadmap or list view.

  3. Click the Activity tab.

Tracked changes are:

  • Updating issue summary

  • Updating issue start and end dates

  • Updating stage dates

  • Changing stage status

  • Changing issue template

  • Assigning scope

How to see the changes made to a release?

  1. Open Swanly Roadmaps > Choose roadmap with Release label.

  2. Open the release report by clicking the release name in the roadmap or list view.

  3. Click the Activity tab.

Tracked changes are:

  • Updating release name

  • Updating release description

  • Updating release start and end dates

  • Updating stage dates

  • Changing release status

  • Changing stage status

  • Changing release template

  • Changing release projects

  • Assigning issues to the release

  • Archiving/unarchiving release
