Progress Tracker: Customizable date fields

With this new feature, you can now personalize how date fields are displayed and used in the Progress Tracker gadget. For example, if you map the Due Date field to a custom field called “Last final date”, you can rename it to display as “Project end” in the gadget. Or use the “Created” date as the Start Date and the “Updated” as the Due Date. Read more about the Progress Tracker.

Reorder slides

To reorder the slides in your dashboard, just drag and drop the slide you want to move to your new prefer order in the slideshow (read more Set Up a Slideshow | Reorder slides):

Project based permissions in dashboards

Introducing Project-based permissions, a powerful enhancement to Dashboard Hub’s permission system that allows you to grant access to dashboards based on Jira projects. This feature simplifies access management and ensures permissions are aligned with Jira project visibility.

If you select a Jira project for sharing, any Jira user who has "browse" access to the project will also be permitted to view/edit the dashboard. Read more Manage Permissions on Dashboards.

Enhancements

• Atlassian Marketplace datasource deprecated. All gadgets have been removed.

• JCMA improvements for Dataplane DC to Dashboard Hub Cloud migration: Gadgets created out of Dataplane reports are now run as the logged in user.

• Mouse cursor appears as a hand for any link.

• New design for the Service Status gadget.

• Charts in the Jira Custom Charts gadget now show percentages in the information presented on hover.

• Session renovation mechanism has been improved.

• Enable content filtering option for the Customer Portal access is deactivated if the Jira instance restarts.

Bug fixes

The following bugs are fixed in this release:

• Progress Tracker in DC crashed with a query larger than 30,000 issues.

• The affected services field shown empty values.
