New Report by Date in Time in Status

We have added one more report to the Time in Status gadget: Report by date. Track the duration issues remain in each status over a defined period, to analyze and visualize changes over time on a timeline (read more).

New gadget: SLA Report by field

Report your SLAs based on any field or custom fields. For example, report on a field called “Customer” and show if you are meeting SLAs for each of your customers, or by “Request Type” to analyze where you provide a better service (read more).

New filter based search for Confluence Custom Charts

You don’t need to rack your brains with complex CQL queries, use the set of filters we provide to retrieve your Confluence data: Title, space, creator, type, updated date.

• None values appeared as blank in Document Workflow Custom Charts

• The Agents Workload gadget was not working properly for certain queues

• Aggregation of a custom field with the same name as a default Jira field caused an error

• Upgrade to 3.2.0 fails for some instances

• Atlassian Marketplace gadgets fail in some versions

• Some customers have problems accessing admin global settings

• Some favourite filters are duplicated in selectors
